Top 4 star Hotel with over 250 rooms in Oxfordshire seeks a Conference Services Manager to oversee the smooth running of the conferences at the Hotel. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, have good people management skills and have previous experience of working within a conference focused business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the conferences and managing a team of 6. An understanding of conference equipment would be an advantage as you will be setting up the conferences and equipment.
